A month later, she worked towards earning professional status in both the INBF and WNBF bodybuilding federations, later becoming a Natural Bodyz sponsored athlete. With the aid of mind to muscle connection specific exercise and weekly massage therapy, Katherine learned the healing power of the mindbody connection. At this time she was in the best shape of her life - training up to 12 clients and taught more than 10 cycle and fitness classes per week. Upon moving to Richmond in 2007, Katherine held the position as Personal Training Director and Group Exercise instructor at a large chain co-ed fitness center in the area. Since then, she has worked in the health and wellness industry from various angles. Later, she completed her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech in 2004. Katherine was raised in a military family in the suburbs just outside of Washington, D.C.
